Cancer season marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere—a season of softening, nurturing, and reconnecting with our innermost feelings. Ruled by the Moon and aligned with the water element, Cancer invites us to slow down, retreat inward, and create safety within ourselves. This is the perfect time to tend to your energetic hygiene with compassion and care.
