Timing
All services purchased from Arielle Sterling must be redeemed or scheduled within one year of the purchase date.
Please ensure that you read all the information included in your confirmation emails. It is unlikely that you will receive your service on the same day, unless you are purchasing a ticket for a pre-scheduled event.
Scheduling
I allow clients to schedule themselves to empower them to choose the time that works best for them. However, clients must schedule themselves with the automatic scheduler on Calendly.
If clients cannot find a time that works for them, they can email [email protected] for further assistance.
Rescheduling
If a client needs to reschedule, they must use the rescheduling tool found in their confirmation email from Calendly. Clients may reschedule their session up to three times before forfeiting their session.
Rescheduling must take place at least 24 hours ahead of the session time. Clients who cancel without giving enough notice prevent other clients from receiving services. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reschedule the missed appointment if proper notification is not provided.
Right to Refuse Service
Clients who consistently cancel, reschedule, or file cases with payment processors (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) may be automatically denied service.
Entertainment Only
The services provided by Arielle Sterling are strictly for entertainment purposes.
