How to Cook for Healthy Chakras
One of my favorite things of all time is food — I feel like I’m always talking about food, meals, recipes or cooking. Growing up, we used to poke fun at my Grandpa for planning the next meal before we had even gotten up from the table; yet, as an adult I find myself doing the exact same thing.
I have always been a highly sensitive person. Growing up, I was constantly told I was too sensitive and that I would need to grow a thicker skin if I wanted to “make it in the world”. Signs of my lack of energetic control were everywhere and affected almost every single aspect of my life.
Summer should be full of sun, splashing around in the pool, singing out loud and soaking up good vibes long into the night, and if you’re like me, that’s going to include lots of grilling and BBQ. Here in Arizona we don’t like to heat up the kitchen if we can avoid it in summer months, so I often find myself turning to the grill.
