Food is a great way to address concerns with the solar plexus chakra, especially given its proximity to the stomach and digestive system.
Of course, any naturally yellow colored foods and spices work in harmony to balance this chakra, but there are other beneficial foods for this chakra as well. Anything that is beneficial for the digestive system is valuable to the solar plexus chakra, including high fiber whole grains and legumes as they promote good digestive health.
