Thank you so much to everyone who joined us live for May's event, The Empath's Toolbox! We had a great time discussing what it means to be an empath, the concept of being proactive versus reactive, and talking about tools and techniques that work best as an empath.
One of the most important topics that we covered is to know yourself, your needs and your triggers. Once you're able to identify and understand yourself on a deeper level, you can take better care of yourself on a routine basis. Knowing how you recharge (at home alone or out with people) is one of the most vital lessons an empath needs to learn so that they can fill themselves back up. It is also important to maintain strong boundaries of what feels good and what does not feel good with certain people, places or situations.
Some of the techniques that we discussed were from the toolbox of my first book, Shift Happens, in addition to techniques like breathing exercises, shifting focus and visualizing a blue bubble around you to strengthen your own energy field.

Arielle is a best-selling author, holistic life coach and intuitive energy healer.
"All of my experiences have been amazing!! Just wish I lived closer so I could have more face to face sessions! No words can truly describe the amazing abilities Arielle has. The first day I met her I felt an immediate connection. I have lived a very hard life of constant anxiety from years of mental and emotional abuse, my walls are very high as far as who I let in or feel comfortable with . I am a skeptic and rarely trust anyone I meet. Anytime I am near her or even just speaking to her via phone or FaceTime I have an immediate sense of calm. Just recently I made a big move across the country and I have gone to her for guidance every step of the way. Because of her I have found myself again. I can honestly say I am the happiest I have been in 15 years. I know I am in control of my own destiny and the life choices I have made are mine and mine alone but without Arielle's constant support and genuine caring guidance I would still feel as alone as I've felt my whole life." - A.G., Davenport, IA
