Me too! If I had to give it my best guess, it would be because all of those leafy green vegetables that are recommended as part of a heart-healthy diet are GREEN, the same color as the heart chakra!
I know it can be overwhelming to think about how to add more green veggies into your diet without going into salad overload or green juice meltdown. Try adding a handful of spinach into your morning smoothie, or roasting up some kale chips. Herbs make a flavorful and healthy addition to almost any meal.
