I have always been a highly sensitive person. Growing up, I was constantly told I was too sensitive and that I would need to grow a thicker skin if I wanted to “make it in the world”. Signs of my lack of energetic control were everywhere and affected almost every single aspect of my life.

Summer should be full of sun, splashing around in the pool, singing out loud and soaking up good vibes long into the night, and if you’re like me, that’s going to include lots of grilling and BBQ. Here in Arizona we don’t like to heat up the kitchen if we can avoid it in summer months, so I often find myself turning to the grill.
I blinked and nearly missed the entire month of May! Seriously, where did it go? I have been so busy working on my new book, Shift Happens! 21 Days to Better Energy Through the Chakra, I realized that I barely allowed myself time to do anything else that was not book related. Whoopsies!
That being said, I am so very excited about this book and all of the amazing energy surrounding it! Though I do not have an official release date yet other than VERY SOON, I wanted to share some of the things that you can look forward to learning more about!!
Salt baths are one of my favorite ways to clear and balance all my chakra at the same time. These baths help to move energy and draw out any toxins and impurities in the system. Even if you do not have access to a bathtub, you can also use this solution as a soak for your feet and still gain the benefits of detoxing your system.
