How to Clear & Release

One of the biggest gifts we can give to ourselves is the ability to choose what stays and what leaves our energy and our spaces.

Just because someone, or something, was once a helpful part of our lives, doesn’t mean it needs to have longevity. Sometimes we need to release what is holding us back, mentally, emotionally, physically, or spiritually.

Sometimes we release in layers and chunks until we have revealed a fresh, new perspective.

• visualization

Body:

• exfoliating
• shaving
• cut hair
• going to the bathroom

Spirit:
